About The Position

Safe Haven Security is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to sell custom home security solutions directly to homeowners. Representatives meet families face-to-face in an assigned territory, work with provided training and leads, handle objections, and build sales through performance and effort. The role is fully commissioned, with uncapped earning potential and weekly commission and bonus payouts. The company promotes from within and offers training, support, and career advancement opportunities.

Standard hours are Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 8:30 or 9:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Representatives who meet their targets may qualify to stop working Saturdays, and high performers may be able to move to a four-day work week. The position requires working outdoors for extended periods in any season.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work outside for extended periods in any season.
• Ability to think on your feet and handle objections.
• Hunger, hustle, and coachability.
