About The Position

K-Tech Kleening & Restoration Systems is seeking an experienced outside salesperson to manage and grow business development in North Central Wisconsin. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to build lasting professional relationships and a strong referral network. You will represent a reputable company with over 50 years of service, providing credibility in the market. The position involves identifying prospects, opening doors, developing relationships with various professionals (Property Managers, Facility Managers, Insurance Agents, Contractors, etc.), and building a measurable pipeline of opportunities. Success is defined by building a valuable territory that becomes increasingly productive over time.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• Comfortable prospecting for new business
• Ability to walk into a business and confidently start a conversation
• Enjoy face-to-face selling and networking
• Ability to build trust naturally
• Disciplined about follow-up
• Ability to manage a regional territory independently
• Organized and comfortable working within CRM
• Appreciate coaching but don't need someone managing every hour of your day
• Desire for income to grow with the business created

• Restoration experience is helpful, but not required.
