About The Position

Devine Business Group is seeking an ambitious, driven, and people-focused Sales Representative & Trainer for a direct sales role as an independent contractor. The position combines building relationships with local business owners and decision-makers, presenting supplemental insurance solutions, and mentoring and training new team members. It is an in-person, business-to-business role with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekends as needed. Representatives manage their own time and territory, with support from the team. Compensation is listed as $85,000–$95,000 per year, with weekly draw pay, uncapped commissions, and bonuses.

Requirements

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and confident in a performance-based role.
At least 5 years of professional work experience after high school.
Willingness to obtain a state health insurance license; licensing assistance and reimbursement are provided.
