About The Position

HomeTeam is seeking an Outside Sales Account Representative to reach homeowners in an assigned area and generate sales. The role involves prospecting through door-to-door visits, mail, and telephone calls; building long-term relationships; explaining and demonstrating HomeTeam products and services; and completing sales documents so pest control technicians have the information needed to serve homeowners. No sales experience is required, and training is provided. The position requires independent work, motivation, organization, and customer-friendly communication. Candidates must be able to work in all types of weather conditions and meet the physical job requirements, with or without accommodations.

The stated earnings are $50,000–$60,000 annually, with hourly pay plus commission and uncapped potential earnings. HomeTeam provides a company vehicle and gas card, company phone and iPad, and an opportunity to advance within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties, with or without accommodations.
• No sales experience is required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners in an assigned area to generate sales through door-to-door visits, mail, and telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners using patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely so pest control technicians have the information needed to serve homeowners.
• Work independently while staying motivated, organized, and personable.
