About The Position

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking passionate Licensed Clinicians in Florida to provide 100% telehealth services to clients in Massachusetts. The role offers flexible scheduling, with options for full-time salaried positions or hourly fee-for-service. Clinicians are hired as W-2 employees and receive guaranteed salary compensation for full-time roles, even when clients cancel. The company emphasizes supporting clinicians with supervision, professional development, free CEUs, and licensure assistance, allowing them to focus on clinical work while Real Help handles client acquisition, scheduling, and tools.

Requirements

  • Registered Intern or Independently Licensed Clinician in Florida
  • Willing to obtain your Massachusetts license with our support
  • Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work
  • Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
  • Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
  • Strong documentation and time-management skills
  • Must be able to pass background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth to Massachusetts clients
  • Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
  • Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
  • Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
  • Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
  • Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
