About The Position

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking passionate Licensed Clinicians in Massachusetts for a 100% telehealth role. They offer flexible scheduling with either full-time salaried W-2 positions or hourly fee-for-service options. Full-time clinicians receive guaranteed salary compensation, and all clinicians are valued with support, flexibility, and stability. The company provides clients, scheduling support, and tools, allowing clinicians to focus on providing therapy.

Requirements

• Masters Level OR Licensed Clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
• Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
