About The Position

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking passionate Licensed Clinicians in Florida to provide 100% telehealth services to clients in Massachusetts. The company hires clinicians as W-2 employees, offering either full-time salaried roles with guaranteed compensation or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions. They emphasize supporting clinicians with supervision, professional development, and providing clients, scheduling support, and tools so clinicians can focus on patient care.

Requirements

• Registered Intern or Independently Licensed Clinician in Florida
• Willing to obtain your Massachusetts license with our support
• Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Must be able to pass background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth to Massachusetts clients
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
