About The Position

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking passionate Licensed Clinicians in Massachusetts for a 100% telehealth role. They offer flexible scheduling with either full-time salaried W-2 positions or hourly fee-for-service W-2 positions. Full-time clinicians receive guaranteed salary compensation, even when clients cancel. The role focuses on providing therapy to children, adults, and families from home, with the company providing clients, scheduling support, and tools.

Requirements

• Masters Level OR Licensed Clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
• Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
