About The Position

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient provides clinic-based behavioral health services across Arkansas for children as young as age 5, teens, and adults, with options for therapy sessions in schools or homes. As part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, the organization brings more than 25 years of experience caring for children and adolescents and applies the same experience and attention to its adult population. The Outpatient Receptionist role requires general office and telephone skills, organization, written and verbal communication, computer skills, and customer service. The receptionist must handle confidential information and maintain a pleasant, congenial manner.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: at least three years of experience in a health care facility.
Knowledge of general office procedures and telephone skills.
Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
Legible handwriting.
Computer skills.
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a pleasant and congenial attitude.
Ability to understand and carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form, and to address problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with tens and hundreds; perform these operations with American units of money, weight, volume, and distance; and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
