About The Position

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient provides outpatient services throughout Arkansas for patients as young as age 5, addressing emotional and behavioral health needs for children, teens, and adults. Services are delivered in traditional clinic-based settings and may also include therapy sessions at school or at home. As part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, the organization brings more than 25 years of experience caring for children and adolescents, along with attention to its adult population. The position requires general office and telephone skills, strong organization and written and verbal communication, computer skills, customer service, and the ability to handle confidential information while maintaining a pleasant and congenial attitude. A bachelor's degree is required; at least three years of experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, including using American units of money, weight, volume, and distance; ability to apply basic algebra and geometry.
