About The Position

The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely entry of pricing data into the enterprise system. The role also supports the Pricing and Finance teams as needed, providing customer service, communication across teams, and tactical pricing execution. The coordinator may perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with enterprise computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to streamline processes and create efficiencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work energetically with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Planning and organizational skills to coordinate workload across multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of the enterprise pricing system and its data fields to support accurate pricing input.
• Perform assigned non-pricing maintenance in Order to Cash systems.
• Support the development of finance talent by building capabilities and fostering continuous improvement.
• Provide support and backup to the Pricing and Finance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
