About The Position

Community Counseling Center (CCC) is hiring an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to provide counseling to adults, children, and families with needs ranging from life transitions to conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. The therapist will use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team. New graduates are welcome, and free clinical supervision is provided for provisionally licensed therapists. Starting annual pay is a minimum of $50,620 for provisionally licensed therapists (LMSW or PLPC) and $56,120 for fully licensed therapists (LCSW or LPC), with additional compensation depending on experience.
