About The Position

Arbor Place, Inc. is seeking to hire an individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. This role will serve as the Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic Manager. For 50 years, Arbor Place has been a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals recover from substance use and mental health disorders. This individual will be an active member of a multidisciplinary team, supporting clients and their families in early recovery. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Executive Director and leadership team to provide high-quality services and foster a healthy work environment. Daily responsibilities will include a mix of direct client care and supervisory/management duties. Direct reports include substance use disorder counselors and mental health therapists.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree required
  • Current Wisconsin licensure as LPC, LCSW, or MFT required
  • Experience working with individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders required

  • Previous management and outpatient experience preferred
