About The Position
A Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service by taking food and beverage orders, delivering orders accurately and efficiently, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Servers are expected to maintain knowledge of menu items, handle guest concerns professionally, and support overall restaurant operations by working collaboratively with kitchen and team members.

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and answer questions about menu items.
- Provide recommendations and upsell specials or additional items.
- Input orders accurately into the POS system and ensure timely delivery to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Monitor table cleanliness and promptly clear dishes and utensils.
- Prepare and deliver accurate checks, handle payments, and process transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup.
- Uphold a positive attitude and teamwork mentality.
