About The Position

The Outlet Server assists guests with food and beverage selections and completes credit card transactions for purchases. The role serves food and drinks in accordance with Mountain Creek policies and procedures and Health Department laws, while maintaining a clean, safe, and adequately stocked workstation. The Outlet Server reports to the F&B Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Professional, mature, and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically, professionally, and promptly.
• Serve guests’ food and drink selections in accordance with Mountain Creek policies and procedures and Health Department laws.
• Set up, maintain, and break down workstations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Stock and maintain adequate inventory at the designated workstation.
• Process guest credit card transactions quickly and accurately.
• Complete daily opening and closing checklists.
• Perform end-of-shift cleaning to standards directed by management.
