About The Position

The Outlet Server works at Mountain Creek in Vernon, New Jersey, and reports to the F&B Manager. The role assists guests with food and beverage selections, serves their orders in accordance with Mountain Creek policies and procedures and Health Department laws, and processes credit card transactions to complete purchases. Mountain Creek is a four-season resort offering skiing and snowboarding, a bike park, a waterpark, weddings, a mountain coaster, restaurants, and a lodge.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically, professionally, and in a timely manner.
• Serve guests’ drink and food selections in accordance with Mountain Creek policies and procedures and Health Department laws.
• Set up, maintain, and break down workstations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Stock and maintain adequate inventory at the designated workstation.
• Perform quick and accurate credit card transactions.
• Complete daily opening and closing checklists.
• Perform end-of-shift cleaning to standards directed by management.
