About The Position

The Outlet Keyholder drives sales and profit by supporting customer engagement and merchandising efficiency. The role provides friendly, efficient, and helpful customer service, assists customers with their needs, and helps them feel valued. The Keyholder also supports store operations through pricing, merchandise handling, stock processing, stockroom organization, and floor recovery. When needed, the role provides supplemental oversight and supervision in the physical absence of other store leadership and assists with store opening and closing standards and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
Ability to read and interpret instructional documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, genuine service to customers on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
Process point-of-sale transactions, including sales, returns, payments, and cash counting, accurately and efficiently.
Process merchandise so items are floor-ready, tagged, and ticketed.
Complete price changes, damages and salvages, and job-outs.
Support receipt and dispatch of merchandise according to standards.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe selling-floor and receiving/stockroom spaces.
Protect company assets and follow operational procedures.
Assist with store opening and closing standards and procedures.
Provide supplemental oversight and supervision when other store leadership is physically absent.
