Outbound Warehouse Associate - Auburn
About The Position
The Outbound Warehouse Associate works on site in North Coast Electric’s Auburn warehouse, supporting accurate order fulfillment and warehouse operations. Duties include maintaining a clean and organized facility, filling and checking customer orders, shipping and receiving products, loading and unloading trucks, and using forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. The role follows the One Item, One Bin and Just Face It! best practices and includes other warehouse duties as assigned. The position is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The posting also describes a usual 40-hour workweek and notes that evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required based on business needs. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is required. The role is non-exempt and overtime-eligible.

- Be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, credit check, and motor vehicle record review, as permitted by law and required for the position.
- Be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization.
