About The Position

Taylor Metal is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Associate for its Accessories department in Auburn, Washington. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by picking and packing orders, managing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screening for this safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• Basic math skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Three to six months of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred; in-house certification is available.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders in a timely manner.
• Perform inventory tasks, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and organizing warehouse stock.
• Use a handheld scanner to track and update inventory and orders.
• Operate forklifts to move and organize products within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse while following safety protocols.
• Follow safety guidelines and best practices to help prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with the team to support timely order fulfillment and shipping.
• Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
