About The Position

The Outbound Warehouse Associate ensures orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately. The role operates with a safety-first mindset to pull orders, audit parts, and place invoices and parts in the locations where they will be delivered. The associate supports outbound product flow, inventory activities, quality control, and overall warehouse efficiency while adhering to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and supporting its mission and vision.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay starts at $20 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Consistent work history and attendance record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Must be comfortable walking and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift, parts picker, and powered pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and load orders for delivery using RF units or pick tickets.
• Verify orders, invoices, and delivery details for accuracy.
• Label and prepare e-commerce, LPO, and DIO orders for dealer delivery.
• Support outbound product flow through efficient stocking and restocking.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory tasks, and assist with quality control.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Cross-train for other warehouse roles to maximize team efficiency.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
