Fullbay is seeking an Outbound Marketing Manager to build and run the proactive, account-based side of our marketing program. This is a new function focused on identifying high-value target accounts, designing multi-channel outbound campaigns to reach them, and partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships to convert named account engagement into pipeline. The role architects outbound plays across email, LinkedIn, direct mail, and field event blitzes, activates our content and data assets into targeted sequences, and owns the playbook that turns target lists into closed business. This is a strategic, hands-on position ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, sales alignment, and creative campaign execution — someone who wakes up every day thinking about how to break into accounts that haven't raised their hand.
