About The Position

Snider Fleet Solutions is hiring an experienced OTR Tire Technician to provide offsite service to customers using a company-provided service truck. The technician services OTR tire and wheel products used in construction, earthmoving, mining, agriculture, and other applications, including inspecting, repairing, replacing, and properly mounting and dismounting tires and wheels. The role involves travel within the region and safe, standards-compliant work on customer equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of OTR experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class C driver’s license and insurability under company standards.
• Current DOT Medical Certification.
• Commercial and OTR TIA Certification, required within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• MSHA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely service customer equipment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Operate hydraulic jacks, power hoists, and lug wrenches to service OTR tires.
• Mount and dismount various OTR tires according to industry best practices.
• Travel up to 75% within the region to meet customer and company needs.
• Adhere to TIA standards, company policies, and safety practices.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and properly mount or dismount OTR tire and wheel products.
