About The Position

Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking an experienced OTR Tire Technician to service customers’ offsite tire and wheel needs using a company-provided service truck. The role includes inspecting, replacing, repairing, mounting, and dismounting OTR tires and wheels for construction, earthmoving, mining, agriculture, and other applications. Technicians travel up to 75% within the region and perform work in accordance with industry standards and safety practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of OTR experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class C driver’s license and insurability under company standards.
• Current DOT Medical Certification.
• Commercial and OTR TIA Certification, required within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• MSHA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely service customer equipment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Operate hydraulic jacks, power hoists, and lug wrenches to service OTR tires.
• Mount and dismount various OTR tires according to industry best practices.
• Travel up to 75% within the region to meet customer and company needs.
• Follow TIA standards, company policies, and safety practices.
• Inspect, replace, and repair OTR tires and wheels.
