This position requires a Class A CDL driver capable of safely maneuvering a tractor and trailer in various conditions, including urban and rural areas, and in both daytime and nighttime. The role involves completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and associated paperwork according to DOT and company policies. Accurate and timely completion of various documents, including driver paperwork, BOLs, delivery receipts, manifests, and DVIRs, is essential. While not a primary duty, the driver may occasionally assist in loading and unloading freight. Maintaining a professional image with customers, peers, supervisors, and the public is expected. The position also requires good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
