About The Position

This role involves managing projects with techno-functional expertise in OTM applications, requiring daily interaction with clients and stakeholders for project deliveries, updates, and change requests. The consultant will be responsible for configuring OTM modules, designing business requirements, and has experience with migration projects. A strong understanding of OTM and GTM modules is essential, including Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration, Financials, Trade Compliance Management, and Trade Management. The role also includes creating various OTM configurations, managing quarterly upgrades, integrating with other modules, gathering customer requirements, creating functional specifications, providing logic to technical teams, preparing test data, conducting testing, and supporting go-live activities. Additionally, the consultant will drive status report calls, coordinate administrative processes, and possess excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. The ability to think tactically and strategically, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop/enforce standards and processes is crucial.

Requirements

  • OTM & GTM with 6-12 years of Experience
  • Techno-functional expertise on OTM Application
  • Experience with Migration projects
  • Well versed with OTM & GTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration, Financials, Trade Compliance Management and Trade management
  • Knowledge in Financials (Invoice Approval Rules, Match Rule Profile)
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to think tactically as well as strategically while coordinating cross functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Project account with techno-functional expertise on OTM Application
  • Day to Day interaction with Client and Stakeholders for project deliveries, updates and new Change Requests
  • Configure OTM modules & design the business requirements
  • Manage OTM & GTM Quarterly Upgrade
  • Integration with other modules like EBS, JDE, SAP, etc.
  • Responsible to gather Customer Requirement, Understand Supply Chain Business, Create functional specifications, provide logic to technical team, prepare test data, conduct internal testing and user acceptance testing, go-live and support and related documentations.
  • Drive Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Status Report calls with stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate with Stakeholders and internal team members on administrative processes.
  • Developing standards and processes, Encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes.
