About The Position

The Product Marketing team oversees the Go‑to‑Market (GTM) strategy and delivery of multiple Blue Shield of California products, enabling Marketing, Product (e.g., Product Strategy, Healthcare Quality & Affordability, Digital Experience), and Sales to successfully bring offerings to market. The Product Marketing Strategist, Consultant reports to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing. In this role, you will drive GTM strategy development and execution for product launches, as well as serve as the main marketing point of contact for Product. Collaborating with key Product, Marketing and Sales partners, this role serves as a strategic hub for key go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including aligning appropriate marketing resources to support all Product launches, developing competitive positioning and messaging for the GTMs you drive, and orchestrating cross-functional alignment and consistency in GTM execution. Requirements

  • Reports to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing.
  • Collaborates with key Product, Marketing and Sales partners.
  • External hires must pass a background check/drug screen.
