Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of branding and positioning
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive growth and increase brand awareness for VigorCare Pediatric Services
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and email
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging and positioning
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, and media outlets
  • Monitor and report on competitors' marketing activities and make recommendations to stay ahead of the competition
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives to senior management.
