We are seeking a passionate and proactive Digital Marketing Strategist responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing AAMWA’s digital presence across social media, paid advertising, website performance, and brand management. This role requires a keen understanding of social media and digital advertising platforms, along with the ability to translate strategy into compelling content, measurable results, and meaningful community engagement. The strategist will lead end-to-end digital initiatives, from creative asset development and campaign execution to performance analysis and brand stewardship, ensuring AAMWA’s mission, messaging, and impact are consistently and effectively communicated across all digital channels. Working closely with leadership, internal teams, and third parties, this role supports audience growth, engagement, and conversion while protecting and strengthening AAMWA’s brand reputation. The ideal candidate blends creativity, partnership, and optimization, demonstrates sound judgment in fast-moving digital environments, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to advancing AAMWA’s visibility, credibility, and influence online.
