About The Position

Provide sales support and deliver excellent customer service to achieve sales targets. Assist with merchandising, inventory control, and daily store operations.

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales or related field is an asset.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional customer interaction.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry merchandise within safe limits.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products or services to generate sales.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle returns, and maintain cash handling accuracy.
• Maintain product displays, restock shelves, and ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and report discrepancies.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and leads, and maintain customer records as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and participate in training and staff meetings.
