Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to think critically and remain composed in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales, medical sales, healthcare, or customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Former collegiate athletes, military veterans, athletic trainers, nurses, and healthcare professionals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support during orthopedic surgical procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physician offices, surgery centers, and hospital staff.
  • Become an expert on the Arthrex product portfolio through hands-on training.
  • Introduce new technologies and educate customers on Arthrex products.
  • Grow business through exceptional customer service and relationship management.
  • Coordinate inventory, case coverage, and surgical logistics.
  • Participate in surgeon education programs, team meetings, and customer events.
  • Continuously develop your clinical and sales expertise through ongoing education.
