Orthopedic Spine Surgeon (St. Charles, IL)

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports MedicineSt. Charles, IL

About The Position

Spine surgery is a critical and high-stakes field within orthopedics, often dealing with patients who have exhausted conservative treatments and are experiencing significant pain and fear. This role is for a surgeon who understands the complexities of patient care and is looking for a practice environment that prioritizes patient well-being over systemic pressures like insurance battles, OR access, and misaligned referral incentives. Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine offers a unique opportunity to practice within a system designed around the patient, serving a high-volume, underserved spine patient population in Chicagoland. The platform emphasizes surgery as a last resort, providing the necessary clinical infrastructure for comprehensive conservative care (physical therapy, injections, imaging, pain management) before surgical intervention. This is a partnership-track role with significant equity potential, supported by dedicated APPs and a full case load from day one.
