About The Position

Birmingham Orthodontics is seeking a "growth engineer" aka office manager extraordinaire to inspire, lead, and grow an orthodontic practice. The Practice Manager is the foundation of Birmingham Orthodontics' success, serving as the front-line supervisor and business manager responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented healthcare practice. The goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, values are upheld, and a dynamic environment is created.

Requirements

• Orthodontic Assistant experience preferred.
• CPR training
• 2 + years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management is a plus.
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Proven work history of excellence
