About The Position

Sealy Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join its orthodontic team full-time. The role follows a Monday–Thursday schedule, 7:55 a.m.–5:15 p.m., with very occasional Fridays from 7:55 a.m.–2:15 p.m. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour, with monthly performance-based bonus opportunities. Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the State of Texas.
• At least one year of experience as an RDA.
• Active CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Previous orthodontic experience is preferred; the practice is willing to train a reliable candidate with a positive attitude who is eager to learn and grow with the team.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take orthodontic records, including photos, X-rays, impressions, and scans.
• Perform indirect bonding (IDB) and direct bonding.
• Perform debonds.
• Perform adjustments.
• Work with Phase One appliances.
• Work with Invisalign.
