Requirements

Experience in dental or orthodontic assisting.
Familiarity with orthodontic appliances, procedures, and terminology.

Responsibilities

Assist the Orthodontist during examinations and treatments, helping patients feel comfortable and procedures run smoothly.
Prepare operatories, sterilize equipment, and support efficient clinical workflows.
Perform orthodontic procedures under direct supervision, including placing or removing wires, coil springs, bands, and retainers.
Conduct digital scans and assist in fabricating customized appliances and retainers.
Educate patients about treatment plans, oral hygiene, and appliance care.
Record treatment notes accurately.
Collaborate with the team to deliver care throughout the patient journey.
