About The Position

We are looking for an experienced chairside Ortho Dental Assistant who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and contributes to a positive experience for patients and teammates. This hands-on, in-person role provides chairside support during orthodontic procedures and extends beyond clinical care to helping patients understand treatment recommendations and costs, arranging follow-up visits, and keeping the provider’s schedule full. Candidates must be able to perform the physical requirements of chairside work, with or without reasonable accommodation. The hiring process includes a phone screen and an in-office working interview. The employer contacts prior employers for references, including questions about attendance, dependability, and teamwork; applicants should be ready to provide at least two supervisor references. Offers are contingent on satisfactory reference and background checks. New team members complete a 90-day introductory period.
