We are looking for an experienced, chairside Ortho Dental Assistant who takes pride in their work and supports a positive experience for patients and teammates. This hands-on, in-person role combines clinical support with patient education, financial conversations, and appointment scheduling. The offices operate on full schedules, and the clinical team is expected to help keep care and scheduling on track throughout the day. The role requires reliable, predictable, on-time attendance for the full scheduled shift; a positive, professional, team-first attitude; and active engagement during patient care. The assistant is expected to discuss costs clearly and confidently, take ownership of scheduling and follow-up, and maintain high standards for hygiene, grooming, and clean scrubs. Physical requirements are essential to chairside assisting and must be met with or without reasonable accommodation. The hiring process includes a phone screen and an in-office working interview. The employer contacts prior employers for references, including questions about attendance, dependability, and teamwork. Applicants should be ready to provide at least two supervisor references. Offers are contingent on satisfactory reference and background checks. New team members complete a 90-day introductory period.
