About The Position

Bright Now! Dental is seeking an orthodontic Registered Dental Assistant to work closely with a dentist. The role supports patient care and dental office operations, with a focus on orthodontic experience and providing patients with a welcoming, guided, and grateful experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, and the role requires willingness to travel. Requirements

Current CPR or BLS certification.
Registered Dental Assistant certification.
Orthodontic experience.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and helping ensure patient comfort.
Take and develop X-rays as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required.
Follow infection control protocols and safety regulations.
Assist with front-office tasks, including scheduling appointments and processing payments, if needed.
Provide patients with the organization’s core values of Greeting, Guiding, and Gratitude.
