About The Position

Bright Now! Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to work closely with a dentist. The role supports patient care and the dental practice through clinical assistance, treatment-room preparation, instrument sterilization, patient education, recordkeeping, inventory management, and, when needed, front-office tasks. The position emphasizes patient service through the practice’s core values of Greeting, Guiding, and Gratitude.

The schedule is Monday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. Benefits depend on employment status and hours worked.

Requirements

• Registered Dental Assistant certification.
• CPR or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and helping ensure patient comfort.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations.
• Assist with front-office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments, if needed.
