About The Position

The Dental Assistant is an important member of the clinical team, working alongside general practitioners and other specialty clinicians to serve patients. The role supports various aspects of the practice, including greeting and guiding patients and assisting across the office as needed. The schedule is two Tuesdays per month, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation is $35.00 to $40.00; the posting does not specify the pay period or currency. Requirements

Meet state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for assigned duties, such as RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or an equivalent credential as required by the state of employment.
Hold current CPR/BLS certification or be able to obtain it before the start date.
Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards.
Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures.
Help educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies.
Support efforts to improve oral health, solve dental challenges, and better smiles.
Greet and guide patients and help across the office as needed.
