The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and executing all logistical and administrative, and operational aspects of new team member orientation activities, organizational learning, leadership development, training programs, and workshops. This role serves as the operational backbone of the Learning and Organizational Development function, ensuring learning events are delivered seamlessly, participants have an exceptional experience, and programs are executed efficiently from planning through evaluation. This role provides the operational support necessary to scale and sustain organizational capability-building efforts. The Training Coordinator partners closely with Learning & Organizational Development professionals, subject matter experts, leaders, and external vendors to coordinate training schedules, manage registrations, maintain learning records, support learning technologies, and oversee all event logistics. The expectation is the role will successfully execute and problem solve for each of their duties with minimal oversight, guidance, and support. The role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, initiative, problem spotting/solving, customer service, and the ability to seamlessly manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The successful candidate for this position must reside in CT, MA, or NY.
