Requirements

  • An associate's degree in a related field or commensurate work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience supporting training, HR, or administrative functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Self-directed, independent with strong time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required; ability and willingness to travel within the credit union’s footprint as needed.
  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and modeling the organization’s culture and values.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the financial services industry preferred.
  • AV equipment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Learning & Development and Career Development with planning, coordinating, and implementing training programs, workshops, and development initiatives for new and current employees.
  • Collaborates with department teams, credit union leadership, and external vendors to deliver effective learning solutions.
  • Provides administrative support to department leadership.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for internal and external training programs, including catering, venues, AV setup, and materials preparation.
  • Manage logistics for new hires and trainees—schedules, materials, equipment, and accommodations.
  • Process registrations and serve as an information resource for employees and managers.
  • Maintain databases for attendance, transcripts, and knowledge retention.
  • Track and analyze training metrics including program effectiveness, completion rates, and participant feedback.
  • Prepare, update, and distribute training materials, including digital binders, e-learning content, and recorded resources.
  • Routinely review intranet postings to ensure accuracy and currency for all employees.
  • Review Learning and Development and Career Development content, documentation, webinars, and presentations, to identify errors, gaps, or clarity issues; provide constructive feedback to improve accuracy and learner experience.
  • Create user profiles in CUdo’s system for new hires and maintain all profiles to ensure changes in employment status and/or positions are updated promptly.
  • Manage the logo wear program and new hire promotional items; maintain inventory and monitor expenses.
  • Coordinate voucher distribution for new hires at 90 days and annually for all employees; process void requests as needed.
  • Oversee the LMS curriculum by assigning required and developmental courses, ensuring accurate formatting, and monitoring employee progress.
  • Partner with Risk and Compliance to support regulatory training requirements and recommend additional learning resources.
  • Maintain course assignments, employee profiles, requested course builds, and quarterly transcripts for leadership.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of new learning technologies and platforms.
  • Provide back up support for the e-learning platform, including user management and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and maintain the intranet for both Learning and Development and Career Development; develop strategies to promote it as employees’ primary information resource.
  • Manage and maintain the All Department Help List, updating on-demand and processing monthly change requests from department leaders.
  • Coordinate approved job shadowing opportunities following Employee Development career path discussions; partner with department leaders to schedule, facilitate, and track cross-department experiences.
  • Assist in developing SOPs and documentation, adhering to established templates, branded formatting, and documentation standards.
  • Create and edit various forms, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and tasks.
  • Maintain records of completed training programs, seminars, and webinars; transmit transcripts to the LMS promptly and provide on request.
  • Maintain accurate corporate card records with correct departmental allocations; prepare and submit monthly expense reports through the approved expense management system.
  • Provide administrative support to the Organizational Culture teams and leadership.
  • Organize and facilitate special projects, activities, and events that promote a culture of team building and inclusivity.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and committees as required.
  • Support and actively demonstrate adherence to mission, vision, and core values, service standards, and strategic objectives of Skyla.
  • Comply with all Federal regulations, Credit Union policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy and the USA Patriot Act.
  • Perform job duties in accordance with the Credit Union's values, mission and vision.
