About The Position

We are growing our change team and looking to add this headcount. You will support key change initiatives that help employees successfully adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working across the business. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional — or someone looking to transition into HR, Change Management, Learning & Development, or Project/Program Management — who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and helping teams navigate change. You don’t need direct change management experience to succeed in this role; we’re looking for transferable skills, curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for collaboration, problem-solving, and supporting organizational transformation in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field — or comparable experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in any industry or function. Candidates with diverse backgrounds and transferable skills who are interested in pursuing a career in Organizational Change are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools including SharePoint, Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and Outlook; familiarity with AI technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrated empathy, curiosity, and a passion for helping people navigate change.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or foreign national granted refugee or asylee status due to ITAR regulations.
