About The Position

Pearl Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking an experienced Organizational Change & Transformation Manager to lead change management and transformation initiatives across complex enterprise client environments. The role is for a seasoned change practitioner who can assess organizational readiness, navigate stakeholder dynamics, develop practical change strategies, manage resistance, drive adoption, and support transitions involving people, processes, operating models, and technology. Strong hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience is required; technology or cybersecurity transformation experience is preferred but not required. The manager works closely with client executives, program and project managers, technical teams, business leaders, and end users to help ensure transformations are understood, adopted, and sustained. The role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery, from readiness and impact assessments through implementation, adoption, stabilization, reinforcement, and continuous improvement. As part of PCG, the manager will also help strengthen the firm's OCM and transformation capabilities by developing reusable methodologies, tools, templates, and delivery standards; supporting proposals and client solutions; and mentoring consultants and project team members.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, business transformation, organizational transformation, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading OCM workstreams for large-scale, complex enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of established change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, readiness assessments, communications, training strategies, resistance management plans, adoption strategies, and change metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and overcome stakeholder resistance, influence skeptical stakeholders, and build advocacy for transformation initiatives.
  • High emotional intelligence, professional maturity, and self-awareness, with the ability to read complex situations and adjust communication and engagement approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal judgment and ability to navigate enterprise politics, competing priorities, sensitive conversations, organizational ambiguity, and executive relationships with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders from individual contributors and technical teams through senior executives.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-management skills, including the ability to gain alignment without formal authority.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, written communication, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and solutions-oriented when handling resistance, conflict, ambiguity, or changing priorities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in consulting environments with multiple stakeholders, priorities, and workstreams.
  • Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Strong understanding of how people, process, technology, and communications intersect during organizational transformation.

Nice To Haves

  • Consulting or professional services experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology transformation, digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud, ERP, IAM/IGA, infrastructure, data, or other technology-enabled programs.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business, people, process, and organizational impacts.
  • Experience partnering closely with technical project managers, engineers, architects, cybersecurity teams, or IT leadership.

  • Partner with training and enablement teams on role-based learning, training, and knowledge-transfer strategies.
  • Establish adoption metrics, KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and reinforcement strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, leadership discussions, and change-readiness activities.

  • Coach leaders and managers on sponsoring, communicating, and reinforcing organizational change.
  • Build advocacy by connecting transformation objectives to business outcomes and stakeholder priorities.
  • Adapt change approaches to organizational dynamics, competing priorities, and stakeholder concerns; escalate significant adoption or resistance risks appropriately.
  • Partner with program and project leadership to integrate change management into transformation roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • Translate transformation objectives into organizational, operational, and behavioral changes; assess current and future ways of working and develop transition plans.
  • Support business transformation from strategy through implementation, adoption, stabilization, and reinforcement.

  • Capture engagement lessons and best practices and incorporate them into PCG's methodology.
  • Support client proposals, statements of work, presentations, and OCM or transformation solutions.
  • Mentor consultants and project team members and contribute to the growth of PCG's OCM and Transformation practice.
