This role involves proactively assisting in the delivery of engagement activities and managing the completion of deliverables. The analyst will work independently with minimal supervision, partnering with others to develop relationships across the engagement team. A key aspect of the role is leading one or more tasks or work streams within a client engagement, overseeing individual contributions and potentially those of junior staff. The analyst will guide client and internal subject matter expert conversations toward effective outcomes, develop strategies to solve complex OCM challenges, and contribute to the team’s industry acumen and capabilities through internal firm initiatives. The role also includes leading key components of change management projects and teams to develop and implement change strategies and plans, conducting user-centered research to increase customer awareness and adoption of change, and creating content for stakeholder engagement. Additionally, the analyst will execute change readiness surveys and business readiness assessments, analyze results to identify and address barriers to change, communicate with all levels of an organization, prepare briefings for senior executives, and track and report the status of change programs. The position also supports the development of Guidehouse change management methodologies and tools and participates in business development activities.
