About The Position

CWILL is a post-purchase and retention suite built for Shopify brands, aiming to reduce support tickets, recover lost revenue from returns, and foster customer loyalty. As our product portfolio expands, we are seeking new product talent to join our team. The Product Management Trainee program offers a hands-on learning experience within one of our product teams, covering the full PM workflow through real work. Trainees will begin by supporting core product tasks and gradually progress to independently managing product modules or directions. The Order Tracking product aims to enhance the customer experience by replacing generic carrier pages with branded, real-time tracking that also recommends products and collects reviews. Shipping Protection provides customers with confidence by covering orders and resolving claims directly, protecting both customer satisfaction and company margins.
