Order Tracking Product Management Trainee - Bilingual Mandarin Required

CWILL•Cary, NC
•$60,000 - $85,000•Hybrid

About The Position

CWILL is a post-purchase and retention suite built for Shopify brands, aiming to reduce support tickets, recover lost revenue from returns, and foster customer loyalty. As the product portfolio expands, the company seeks new product talent to learn quickly, stay close to users, and translate customer problems into great product experiences. The Product Management Trainee program immerses individuals in a product team, teaching the full PM workflow through hands-on work. The role begins with supporting core product tasks and progresses to independent ownership of product modules or directions. The Order Tracking product turns "Where's my order?" into a branded sales opportunity with real-time, on-brand tracking that reduces WISMO tickets and recommends products. Shipping Protection offers customers coverage for orders, resolving claims directly for lost, damaged, or stolen items, thus preserving margins and customer satisfaction. The base location is Cary, NC, with a hybrid remote working setting. Relocation will be required as hiring is restricted to this state.
