Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related hands-on experience
• At least 3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare related field
• High ability to prioritize, engage with, take direction from and balance multiple functions and stakeholders is essential
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills required
• The ability to accurately handle complex processes and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred
• Previous experience supporting sales, service and customer operations is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Receive and make inbound/outbound calls from customers and sales representatives regarding inquiries, order status, application of products and pricing
• Maintains a reciprocal support relationship with the sales organization
• Responsible for order management, which can include: sales order processing, validation and completion of necessary paperwork to issue Return Good Authorizations (RGA), verifying pricing, and verifying inventory levels
• Responsible for maintaining accurate customer billing, shipping and pricing records
• Interfaces with key departments in support of order management processes
• Maintains service excellence by adhering to the Quality Assurance program guidelines
• Provides feedback regarding potential process improvement ideas
• Other responsibilities as needed and assigned
