About The Position
CVS Health is seeking a reliable Order Selector to join its distribution team. The role involves accurately selecting merchandise according to store orders and preparing items for shipment in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday second-shift schedule from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The starting rate is $18.00 per hour, with a $1.00 second-shift differential.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- 0–2 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
- Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
- Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following safety guidelines.
- Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
- Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
