About The Position

CVS Health is hiring an Order Selector to help fulfill store orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role supports accurate and timely order fulfillment while following safe work practices and maintaining a clean work area. This is a full-time, second-shift position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to midnight, with 40 anticipated weekly hours. The starting rate is $19.00 per hour; the listed pay range is $16.00–$26.21 per hour. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills. The position is open to candidates with 0–2 years of work experience. Responsibilities

Compile store orders using a tablet or pick ticket, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
Gather merchandise and place it into the appropriate totes or boxes.
Load merchandise weighing up to 30–50 pounds into totes or boxes using safe lifting techniques.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety guidelines.
Perform general housekeeping to keep the work area and aisles clear of debris.
Carry out routine distribution assignments and resolve some problems as needed.
Match daily tasks to company-defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods.
Enter data for incoming and outgoing items to complete picking and packaging tasks.
