About The Position

CVS Health is hiring an Order Selector to help fulfill store orders in a fast-paced warehouse. The role supports accurate, timely order selection while following safe work practices and company procedures. This is a full-time second-shift position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to midnight, with 40 anticipated weekly hours. The starting rate is $19.00 per hour; the listed pay range is $16.00–$26.21 per hour. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of work experience. The Order Selector uses a tablet or pick ticket to locate and gather merchandise, place it into totes or boxes, and enter task-related data. The role also involves handling loads weighing up to 30–50 pounds and keeping the work area clean and safe. Requirements

Basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
0–2 years of work experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to handle merchandise loads weighing up to 30–50 pounds using safe lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

Compile store orders from a tablet or pick ticket using item locations, descriptions, and required quantities.
Gather merchandise and place it properly into totes or boxes.
Load totes or boxes of merchandise weighing up to 30–50 pounds using safe lifting techniques.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety guidelines.
Perform general housekeeping to keep the work area and aisles clear of debris.
Follow routine assignments and perform some problem resolution for the distribution function.
Match daily tasks with company-defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods.
Enter data for incoming and outgoing items to ensure picking and packaging tasks are completed.
